Salem Gamar is an accomplished marketing and operations leader with extensive experience in the elevator and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Director of Marketing Service & Projects for Otis Elevator Co. for the EMEA region, Salem has successfully developed and executed growth strategies that resulted in an annual growth rate of 5% while enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of Transformation Projects and Operations Manager at Otis, where Salem managed multi-million dollar strategic programs and led a team of 70 staff to optimize operations and improve service metrics. Prior experience includes positions at GE Healthcare and sanofi-aventis, focusing on operations management and process optimization. Salem holds an Executive Master’s in Supply Chain Management from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and EPFL, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique.
