Sean O'Donnell

Sean O'Donnell has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Director of Global Spare Parts Strategy and FRS at Otis Elevator Co. since February 2020, where responsibilities include leadership for field procurement processes and deployment of the Field Requisition System (FRS). Prior to this, Sean held the position of Program Manager for Spare Parts Supply Chain Transformation at thyssenkrupp Elevator, overseeing a comprehensive transformation program. Sean's career also includes various roles at Ricoh USA, Inc., including Project Manager for Process Improvement and Manager of Inventory Planning and Control, where significant cost savings were achieved through effective inventory management. Sean O'Donnell holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, and a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University.
