Justin Royal

Justin Royal has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Justin is currently working as a Regional Sales Director at OTO Development since August 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Aimbridge Hospitality, including Regional Sales Director from April 2019 to August 2022, and Director of Sales and Marketing from July 2018 to August 2022. Justin also has experience as a Sales Director at Residence Inn from April 2017 to April 2018, and as a Sales Manager at both Homewood Suites by Hilton and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Before that, Justin worked as a Rooms Division Manager at Hilton and Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Central Airport, and had front desk roles at Red Carnation Hotels, The H Hotel, and Springhill Suites. Justin also gained experience as a Student at Northwood University.

Justin Royal completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Northwood University in 2011. Before that, they pursued a Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Advanced MACRAO at Delta College from 2005 to 2009. Justin also obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Business from Delta College during the same timeframe.
