Irem Calik

Irem Calik is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and compensation strategies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Otokoç Otomotiv since December 2019, Irem has previously held multiple senior HR positions at British American Tobacco from March 2008 to December 2019, including Corporate Functions Senior HR Manager for Turkey & North Africa and Head of Compensation & Benefits. Prior roles include HR Executive positions at Aygaz and Gima. Irem holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and completed further education at Yeditepe University.
