Maddison Talbot

Maddison Talbot is a Human Resources Generalist with experience at Cam Clark Auto Group since August 2023 and a strong background in the ski industry, having served as Snow School Office Manager at The Lake Louise Ski Resort from October 2013 to August 2023. In this role, Maddison was responsible for administrative management and leadership within the Snow School team, focusing on guest service and team training. Additionally, Maddison has expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate reviews, interviews, and onboarding processes, as well as providing guidance on Canadian and Albertan employment laws. Maddison is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management at Red Deer Polytechnic, anticipated to be completed in December 2023.
