Nicolette Ernst

Nicolette Ernst is an experienced professional in application management and consultancy services with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as an Applicatie Beheerder at Otolift Stairlifts since December 2013, Nicolette is responsible for guiding the implementation of new software and migrating from Nav2009 to Dynamics NAV 2016. Previously, Nicolette worked at Tech Data from April 2010 to October 2013 as a Teamleader for Consultancy & Services, overseeing a team of ICT consultants and administrative staff after the acquisition of CDG Europe. During the time at CDG Europe BV from April 2001 to April 2010, responsibilities included leading a consultancy team, managing application oversight for Dynamics NAV, achieving revenue targets, and developing efficient customer-centric procedures. Earlier roles included system administration at ASG de Veer and Modehuis Slot, with a foundational education in M.E.A.O. from Tinbergen College.
