David Muhn

David Muhn is an Associate Attorney at O'Toole Scrivo, LLC since February 2023, previously holding the same position at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas from September 2021 to January 2023. David began legal practice as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva at the Superior Court of New Jersey from August 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Attorney at the Rutgers Law School Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic and as a Law Clerk at Levinson Axelrod, P.A. David also completed a Judicial Internship with the Honorable Susan J. Steele and a Summer Law Clerk position at the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Prior to a legal career, David worked as an Aide to the Governor of New Jersey from September 2012 to August 2017, facilitating communication and candidate recommendations for various state appointments. David holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
