Jonida Sinani

Jonida Sinani is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and branch operations. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager in the Corporate/Business Banking Division at OTP Bank Albania since April 2020, Jonida has also held the positions of Deputy Branch Manager and Senior Customer Relationship Manager at the VIP Branch. Prior experience includes the role of Branch Operations Manager at Union Bank Albania and a significant tenure at International Commercial Bank Albania, where Jonida progressed from Customer Service Sales Assistant to Branch Operations Manager. Jonida holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, completing the master’s program in 2015.
