Monica Louw

Monica Louw has cultivated a robust career in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Project Analyst at Otraco Southern Africa (PTY) Ltd. since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Assmang Iron Ore, where Monica worked from December 2010 to April 2018, progressing from Bursary Student to Graduate Engineering Trainee, and later holding positions as Civil Foreman and Project Engineer, overseeing four teams totaling 22 employees. Monica began a foundational journey in engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, graduating in 2013, and completed secondary education at Piet Retief High School from 2004 to 2008.
