Shannon DelVerne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2005, Shannon worked as a Urology Specialty Rep for PDI, Inc. In 2007, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Primary Care Representative, eventually transitioning to specialize in psychiatry, mental health, and neuroscience as a Psychiatry Specialty Rep. During their time at Eli Lilly, Shannon demonstrated significant growth in a high generic antidepressant market and received recognition for their exceptional performance. In 2013, they moved to Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as an Institutional Account Specialist. Shannon then joined Otsuka America, Inc. in 2015 and held various positions including Neuroscience Account Manager, Region Operations Manager, District Manager, and Associate Director of Customer Strategy. In their most recent role as Business Unit Director, Shannon led a team of front-line managers and was responsible for the entire program. Throughout their career, Shannon has shown excellent leadership skills, strong sales performance, and a focus on building relationships to drive growth and profitability.
Shannon DelVerne completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Michigan from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Shannon has obtained several certifications. Shannon completed the "Executive Presence and Influence" course at Wharton Executive Education in May 2022. In December 2020, they completed the "Strategic Thinking" course offered by LinkedIn, and in September 2020, they completed the "Building Resilience" course, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Shannon obtained the "SL II" certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in July 2020.
