Akshay Vashist

Akshay Vashist is an accomplished professional in data sciences and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Medical and Real World Data Analytics at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) since April 2014. In this role, Akshay holds titles of Executive Director and Senior Fellow in AI, as well as Senior Director of Data Sciences, where responsibilities include leading data science initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director for the Think Team at Telcordia Technologies and holding the title of Senior Research Scientist at NEC Laboratories America.
