Heather McFalls possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs and advertising promotion compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Promotion Compliance at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), Heather has held significant roles including Director of Advertising Promotion Review and Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Organon. Prior to that, Heather worked at Merck as Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs (Ad Promo) and progressed through various regulatory positions at Indivior, culminating as Regulatory Senior Manager.
