Megan Olson-Lehner

Megan Olson-Lehner, J.D. has a varied work experience in the field of compliance and privacy. Megan is currently working as the Global Compliance & Privacy Lead, North America at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) since June 2022. Prior to this, they held several roles at Coloplast, including Global Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer for North America Region, and Compliance Manager. Megan has also served as a Member of the Code Committee and Vice Chair of the Ethics & Compliance Committee at MedTech Europe. Megan has been an active member of industry associations such as AdvaMed, where they served on the Chief Compliance Officer Committee. Megan also worked at Mayo Clinic as the International Compliance & Privacy Officer and Compliance Program Manager. Megan has additional experience as an Adjunct Professor Of Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Senior Privacy Analyst at Prime Therapeutics, a Compliance Intern at Mayo Clinic, and a Hospital Intern with CEO at Perham Health. Megan started their career as a Graduate Assistant at The University of South Dakota.

Megan Olson-Lehner, J.D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Jamestown from 2008 to 2012. Megan then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Health Law at the University of South Dakota School of Law from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of South Dakota. In 2014 to 2015, they were a visiting student at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, focusing on Health Law and Healthcare Compliance.
