Christine McGouran

Christine McGouran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and workforce management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst in Payroll and previously as a Benefit and Wellness Analyst at the City of Ottawa since March 2020, Christine has demonstrated expertise in analyzing payroll processes. Prior roles include Workforce Management Specialist and Scheduling and Attendance Analyst at the Ottawa Police Service from February 2018 to March 2020. Christine's career began at the City of Ottawa, where from September 2007 to October 2017, roles included Payroll Business Analyst, Payroll Technical Analyst, and Payroll Analyst. Christine holds a Diploma in Accounting from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 1998 and 2000.
