Darren Levere

Darren Levere has a diverse professional background with experience in both aquatic management and media relations. Currently serving as the Head Lifeguard at Minto Recreation Complex in Barrhaven, Darren also works for the City of Ottawa as a Media Relations Officer since July 2020, where duties include providing support for journalists and media events. Previously, Darren held the position of Social Media Coordinator for OC Transpo. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Communication Studies with a specialization in Image, Politics & Persuasion from Carleton University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
