Joel Monfils

Joel Monfils has been working at the City of Ottawa since October 2007, with roles including Information Technology Business Analyst, Elections Coordinator, Standing Committee Coordinator for various committees, Advisory Committee Coordinator, Committee Assistant, Assistant to Councillor Desroches, and Coordinator for Built Heritage Sub-Committee. Prior to that, Joel worked at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as Special Assistant to Minister Watson, MPP, Ottawa West-Nepean. Joel holds a degree in Computer Engineering Computing Science from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
