Leah Bauer

Leah Bauer is an experienced Operations Analyst with the City of Ottawa since July 2014, specializing in the analysis of policies for social assistance programs and managing client caseloads for employment and housing support. Previously, Leah held roles such as Case Worker and Program Administrative Assistant, contributing to the development of child care systems and providing administrative support. Additionally, Leah has experience as a Sales Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, delivering exceptional customer service, and currently engages in graduate research at the University of Guelph. Leah holds a Master of Science in Rural Planning and Development from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University.
