Patricia O. is an experienced professional in instructional design and operational excellence with a robust background in developing eLearning, curriculum, and training solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as a Strategist in Operational Excellence at the City of Ottawa since December 2021, Patricia has previously held roles as a Digital Learning Specialist and Technical Trainer at N-able, and an Instructional Designer at Canopy Growth Corporation.
