Scott Bird

Scott Bird has a work experience with the City of Ottawa and the City of Ottawa, Kansas. Scott started working for the City of Ottawa, Kansas in 1981 at the Ottawa Municipal Power Plant. Scott then joined the City of Ottawa in 1991 as the Director of Finance, in a role that continues to the present day.
