Arni Arnason

Arni Arnason is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Center Analyst at Ottawa Police Service since October 2018. Previously, Arni held various roles at Algonquin College, including Team Lead in the ITS Call Centre and IT Support Technician, providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff. Arni is Secret Level 2 Certified and has extensive experience diagnosing and resolving issues with various devices, including tablets, smartphones, and computers. Prior to this, Arni worked as a Sales Associate at The Source, offering client services for telecommunications and media devices, and served as a Non-emergency Medical Attendant at Eastern Ontario Patient Transfer Service. Arni’s educational background includes studies in Oracle Database Administration and Recreation and Leisure Services at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
