John A. McDonald

John A. McDonald has extensive experience in security and loss prevention, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving in a security role at Senators Sports & Entertainment since March 2015, John A. McDonald is responsible for the personal protection of NHL teams and representatives on game days. Additionally, John A. McDonald is involved with the City of Ottawa. Previous roles include Regional Security Coordinator for Allied Universal at Cisco Corporate Security, where responsibilities included coordinating physical security operations at Cisco's largest Canadian R&D campus, as well as various security management positions at G4S, Lowe's Canada, and OLG. Academic credentials include education from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and Seneca Polytechnic.
