Juan Rosales

Juan Rosales has a diverse work experience which includes roles in human resources and recruiting. Juan started their career as a Wireless Consultant at Z Wireless - Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer, where they were responsible for sales of wireless products/services, preparing sales contracts, and managing customer relationships/accounts. In 2018, Juan joined ATR International as a Recruiter, where they focused on high volume agency recruiting, managing up to 30 requisitions at a time. Juan sourced qualified candidates from various job boards and maintained a pipeline of candidates for future openings. In 2021, Juan moved to Belong as a People Operations Lead - HR & Recruiting. In this role, they served as an HR partner to the operations department, administering and launching HR policies and acting as a strategic advisor on performance management, coaching/counseling, and developing department policies. Most recently, Juan joined Otter.ai as a Human Resources Generalist in 2023.

Juan Rosales obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from California State University, Chico. In May 2023, they also obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
