David Eilertson

David Eilertson is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Otter Tail Corporation since May 2012, David has previously held significant legal roles including Legal Director and Assistant General Counsel at Ulteig, and General Counsel at Brown Corporations. Beginning a legal career as an Associate at Svingen, Hagstrom, Karkela, Cline & Dirks, David has developed a comprehensive skill set over the years. David Eilertson earned a Juris Doctorate from The University of North Dakota School of Law and holds a BA in Mathematics and Business Administration from Concordia College.
