Bill Willoughby

Bill Willoughby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Marketing Advisor at Otter Waiver since October 2021, Bill is also the Founder of National CleanUp Day and Clean Trails, and a Board Member for Let's Do It World, contributing to various environmental initiatives. With a background as a Senior Partner at H&J Associates, Bill provides consultancy services for international telecommunication startups, focusing on sales development and marketing strategies. Previously, Bill co-founded eCycle Systems, a green business aimed at environmentally safe circuit board reprocessing, and held the position of Director of Operations and Entrepreneurship Instructor at the California School of International Management, where Bill significantly boosted enrollment and helped achieve institutional accreditation. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering and Telecommunications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
