Chloe Johnson

Chloe Johnson has over a decade of experience in various roles within the IT and business sectors, currently serving as an IT Business Partner at OtterProducts, LLC since October 2010, where notable accomplishments include delivering under-budget SFMC promotional emails in 2021. Chloe has also held positions as a DemandWare Analyst focused on uncovering business requirements for eCommerce solutions, and as a Scrum Master ensuring team adaptability in product innovation. Prior roles include administrative support for the City of Fort Collins, customer service at First National Bank of Colorado, and several internships, highlighting a diverse skill set in administration, customer relations, and project support. Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and has additional certifications in teaching English as a foreign language.
