Kelsey Noroski

Kelsey Noroski is a seasoned professional in program management and partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Programs & Partnerships at OtterCares Foundation since October 2023. Previously, Kelsey held the position of K-12 Education Manager at Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain, Inc. from August 2019 to October 2023, and worked as a Conference & Event Planner at the University of Northern Colorado in early 2019. Kelsey also gained valuable experience at Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain, Inc. between September 2012 and January 2019, where roles included Program and Volunteer Manager and Program Manager. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
