Francisco Gaytan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at OtterSoft since June 2023, Francisco is also a Co-Founder of Our Robot Dreams, Inc., which focuses on creating a software framework for Windows-based robotic control using C#. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Bankjoy, Software Development Manager at Novo Technologies USA, and various development and management positions across other organizations. With a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, Francisco has a proven track record of delivering solutions and integrating systems, particularly in the health industry, and has managed teams while overseeing project production. Francisco's education includes studies at Modesto Junior College and Modesto High School.
