Kelsey Ratto

Kelsey Ratto is a Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at OtterSoft since October 2021. Previously, Kelsey held the same title at Novo Technologies USA from August 2016 to February 2022, where significant contributions included the introduction of the company’s first formal performance review program and the development of standardized disciplinary procedures. Kelsey also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern, where enhancements to onboarding processes and the creation of an employee handbook improved overall employee satisfaction. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager and Sales Associate at Robert's Hallmark, PhotoPass Photographer at The Walt Disney Company, and Marketing Representative at ERF Marketing Inc.
