Bas van Rij

Bas van Rij is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as Coördinator Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at OTYS Recruiting Technology since January 2011. With expertise in developing software solutions for recruitment agencies and corporate recruiters, Bas has played a key role in enhancing candidate attraction and communication processes. Prior to OTYS, Bas held various positions at Creyf's Uitzendbureau from February 2006 to December 2010, including setting up a new branch office in a key European Distribution center. Bas also owned Disco Inferno from September 2000 to August 2004 and holds an educational background from De Haagse Hogeschool and HAN University of Applied Sciences.
