Marjan Snijer

Marjan Snijer is an experienced professional in the recruitment technology and consultancy sector, currently serving as Product Owner, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Functioneel Consultant at OTYS Recruiting Technology since July 2017. Marjan has a strong background in ICT-recruitment from the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fahr-Becker Recruitment Consultancy B.V. from March 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included training new colleagues and ensuring quality in recruitment processes, utilizing a derived SCRUM methodology. Beginning a career as a Sociotherapeut at Pompekliniek in 2007, Marjan also holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Culture and Personality Psychology from Radboud University, attained in 2007.
