Amanda Holguin

Amanda Holguin has extensive experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President at OU Health since February 2020. Previously held roles include Director of Leadership and Employee Development and Director of Learning and Development, where Amanda spearheaded a learning and development strategic plan that emphasized organizational effectiveness and diversity. With a strong foundation in training and development from positions at ECS and the University of Oklahoma, Amanda has effectively designed and delivered learning programs, achieving high satisfaction ratings. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
