Monte Coulter

Monte Coulter currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at OU Health, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Monte was the Senior Director of Information Security at Caris Life Sciences from April 2021 to January 2023, and prior to that, held the role of Director of CyberSecurity at GAF from 2006 to January 2021. Additional experience includes a tenure at Rutgers University as a Board Member on the Cybersecurity Advisory Board, and roles as Director of Information Security and Manager of Information Security. Monte began a career at ElkCorp as Infrastructure Manager from 1996 to 2006. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and an executive education program focused on Business Engagement and Information Security at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
