Dr. Courtney Levingston-Massah

Dr. Courtney Levingston-Massah serves as an Adjunct Professor of Anatomy & Physiology at the University of Arkansas at Monticello since May 2023. Additionally, Dr. Levingston-Massah is the Owner of ProCare Rehab and Wellness, a position held since January 2015, and works as a Medical Lab Scientist/MT at Ouachita County Medical Center since August 2021. Other roles include President & CEO of Levingston Enterprises, LLC, and past experience as a Health and Wellness Consultant for idX Corporation. Previously, Dr. Levingston-Massah was a Physician/Director of Physiotherapy at Heritage Medical and Wellness and the Owner and Operator of FABfit Wellness. With a Doctorate in Chiropractic and multiple medical degrees, Dr. Levingston-Massah has a strong foundation in healthcare and wellness, focusing on community service and natural healing approaches.
