Bethan Hearne

Bethan Hearne is an accomplished purchasing manager with extensive experience in procurement planning and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager for Finished Goods at OUAI since January 2022, Bethan previously held various roles at Benefit Cosmetics from March 2017 to January 2022, culminating in the position of Manager, Procurement Planning. Responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing vendor relationships, executing inventory management, and enhancing procurement processes. Prior to Benefit Cosmetics, Bethan was a Supply Chain Sr. Associate at PepsiCo and also completed internships at PepsiCo, Ross Stores, Inc., and Youth Homes Inc. Bethan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
