Jaakko Mäkinen

Jaakko Mäkinen has held multiple design positions throughout their career. Jaakko began their work experience in 2007 at IRL-suunnittelu Oy as a Design Engineer, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Insinööritoimisto Polartek Oy as a Head Designer. Following this, they joined Oukotek Oy in 2021, also as a Head Designer, until 2023. Currently, Jaakko is employed at Enmac Oy as the Head Designer.

Jaakko Mäkinen completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2007. Jaakko then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu, completing it from 2009 to 2013.
