Jouko Isokangas

Jouko Isokangas is currently the Manager of Research and Innovation at Oulu University of Applied Sciences since March 2023. With a long-standing commitment to OAMK, Jouko has served in various capacities including Principal Lecturer, Lecturer, and Project Manager since August 2002. From 2010 to 2015, Jouko acted as a Coordinator in the field of entrepreneurship and new business, followed by the role of Development Manager in entrepreneurship and new business from 2016 to 2020. Jouko Isokangas holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oulu.
