Outi Anttila

Outi Anttila has extensive experience in academia and business, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in International Business at Oulu University of Applied Sciences since August 2000. Anttila specializes in business incubation, international networking, and project development, having led eight company development cases across various sectors including food, IT consulting, and loghouses. Additionally, Anttila founded Innostart, which promotes innovation among students through multidisciplinary teams. Prior to this role, Anttila held significant marketing positions, including Marketing Manager for L'Oréal Finland Oy, where responsibility included designing marketing strategies for the Baltic States and launching new products. Previous experience also includes marketing management at Laihian Mallas Oy and export management in France. Anttila holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Vaasa and has pursued further education in counseling psychology and art therapy.
