Maunu Laikari

Maunu Laikari serves as the Head of Sales at Oulun Energia -konserni, overseeing group sales operations in the Heating and Cooling business and electrical network business, while also spearheading new business initiatives in areas like VPP and Heat Pump solutions. Previous roles include Manager of Sales and Growth Strategy, where Maunu managed the development of a growth strategy for the district heating and cooling sector, and Head of Sales and Customer Experience, focusing on proactive sales strategies and customer service enhancements. Prior to joining Oulun Energia, Maunu held various leadership positions at Presto Paloturvallisuus Oy, driving sales and operational strategies in Northern Finland, and at Pauli Moilanen Oy, as a Sales Manager. Maunu Laikari holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu.
