Risto Haapalainen

Risto Haapalainen is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously holding multiple roles at Oulun Energia -konserni since August 2009, including Network Engineer and Development Engineer, focusing on the development of district heating operations and new products. Prior to this, Risto worked at Citec Group as a Process Designer and Coordinator from August 2008 to August 2009, specializing in power plant process design. Risto also contributed to district heating design and project supervision as a Design Engineer at Oulun Energia -konserni from January 2007 to August 2008. Risto holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering from the University of Oulu, earned between 2000 and 2005.
