Akshay Datir

Akshay Datir has work experience as an Operations Team Member at Our Food since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Executive at POONA ROLLER FLOUR MILLS LTD starting in April 2018. Currently, they are seeking opportunities and has experience as a Food Technologist.

Akshay Datir obtained an MBA (ABM) in Agricultural Business and Management from Lotus Business School, Pune in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Food Technology from Maharashtra Jobs and Careers, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Akshay also obtained several industry certifications, including ISO 22000 Lead Auditor - Food Safety Certification in August 2017 from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor in August 2016 from the same institution, and participated in a seminar on food and dairy sector in April 2016 at the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal.
