Romell Barbes

Romell Barbes has a diverse background in recruitment, admissions, career development, and training. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Recruitment & Engagement at Our Lady of the Valley, Romell previously held roles in admissions and recruitment at ECPI University and PharmaChem Technologies G.B. Ltd. Romell also has experience in administrative roles at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute and Statoil. Educationally, Romell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Louisville, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Campbellsville University.
