Carl Sickles

Carl Sickles, MBA, is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the battery and automotive industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering Program Management at Our Next Energy (ONE), Carl previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at American Battery Solutions Inc. and Senior Program Manager at A123 Systems. With a long tenure at Exide Technologies, Carl progressed through various leadership positions, including Sr. Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, and Vice President of Transportation Excellence, where Carl successfully led a significant PMO program. Carl's career began in the US Navy, serving as an Engineering Laboratory Technician, and Carl has foundational experience as an Engineering Draftsman at Atwell-Hicks. Carl holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University.
