Amelia Guo

Amelia Guo currently serves as the APAC Logistics Manager at Ouster since October 2021 and has held the position of Senior Logistics Manager at BYTON, a start-up electric vehicle company, since December 2017. Amelia Guo's responsibilities encompass logistics strategy formulation, team establishment, IT system design, warehousing, and 3PL management from prototype phase to mass production. Previous experience includes serving as a Logistics Supervisor at Mitsubishi Electric Automation, focusing on factory establishment, and as a Logistics Specialist at XYTECH module technology, handling transportation and import/export logistics. Amelia Guo also completed a master’s thesis project with Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, evaluating cost analysis methods. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Soochow University, complemented by a Pre-Master in Logistics Management from Rotterdam Business School RUAS and an additional Bachelor's degree in Trade and Economy from Soochow University.
