Monisha Jain

Monisha Jain is the current Community Head of Out in Tech U at Out in Tech. Monisha was previously employed as a Technology Analyst - Product Management at Bank of America from July 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were a Summer Tech Analyst - Product Management from June 2016 to August 2016. Before their work in the financial sector, they interned as an IT Project Manager at Prudential Financial from June 2015 to August 2015.

Monisha has experience in developing business cases, project plans, excel dashboards, and presentations for software/hardware user data. Monisha is also skilled in engineering visual dashboards to monitor the migration of bank employees on to latest versions/devices of Windows OS by gathering data and observing trends. In their previous internship, they were responsible for overseeing development phases of 6-month IT application development projects and coordinating core team meetings, monthly project readout meetings, IT status meetings, change control meetings, architectural review board meetings.

Monisha Jain has a certification in product management from Product School and a data science/analytics certification from Rutgers University. Monisha also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in computer science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

Monisha Jain reports to Andrew Lowenthal, Executive Director. They are on a team with Andy Santos - Chapter Head, Chicago, Abel Quintero - Marketing Head & Chapter Head, Portland, and Oliver Beach - Founder, UK Chapter.
