Robin Weage has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1997, they began their career as a Guest Service representative at Target Stores, where they worked until 1999. From 2005 to 2006, Robin worked in the Marketing Group at Ooligan Press. In 2006, they served as an Editing Intern at Sofa Ink Quarterly and also worked as a Staff Writer at ToTheCenter.
From 2007 to 2014, Robin worked in various roles at Stream Global Services, including Customer Support Professional, Senior Support Professional, and Technical Support Sales Professional. They provided technical support for Intuit financial software, developed auditing processes, and created billing documents for advertising.
Starting in 2014, Robin worked as a Technical Support Professional/Quality Representative at Covergys, where they made outgoing calls to demonstrate the value of benefits to customers and monitored calls to provide targeted feedback.
From 2016 to 2017, Robin worked at Sage (Experis) as a Contractor, where they advised clients on ways to improve efficiency with Sage products and services. They also worked as a Customer Support Analyst Associate at Sage Software Inc from 2016 to 2017, providing support for software suites and documenting customer calls.
From 2017 to 2020, Robin served as an Office Manager at Sisu Painting, Inc., where they managed client contracts, accounts payable and receivable, and data entry in QuickBooks Online. They also worked as an Administrative Assistant, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with customers.
Most recently, since 2020, Robin has been working as a Business Development Assistant at Out of the Box Technology.
Robin Weage completed a Certificate of Completion in Basics of Writing Stories and Articles for Publication at the Long Ridge Writers Group from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, he/she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Arts & Letters with a focus on editing and publishing at Portland State University from 2004 to 2006. Robin Weage's education also includes a period from 1999 to 2004 at Portland Community College, where he/she studied Graphic Design.
