Ikenna Odike

Ikenna Odike is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer engagement and business process outsourcing. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of OUTCESS since June 2017, Odike leads the delivery of innovative digital solutions to enhance organizational performance. Additionally, as the Owner of Customer Contact Solutions and the Executive Director of U-Connect Telecom Services Ltd, involvement encompasses the recruitment and training of high-quality contact center agents. Ikenna Odike holds a Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School and multiple degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin.
