Katie Simms

Katie Simms is a Network Enablement Specialist at Outcomes™ since February 2023, focusing on fostering relationships with network partners in Long Term Care organizations and clinics to enhance MTM performance. Previously, Katie served as the Northeast Iowa Care Liaison at ABCM Corporation from January 2015 to November 2022, acting as the primary contact between long-term care and healthcare facilities, while also conducting assessments and facilitating community partnerships. Earlier roles include Hospice Liaison at SAINT JUDE HOSPICE-IA, LLC, Senior Hospice Care Consultant, and Hospice Care Consultant at Iowa Hospice by Harden Healthcare, as well as positions in case management and family development. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa, earned in 2007.
