Mike Reedy, PMP

Mike Reedy, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike started in 1995 as an SAP Trainer/Sales Team Leader at Grainger Industrial Supply. Mike then worked as a Customer Service Manager at PurchasingCenter.com in 2000 before becoming an SAP Consultant at Michael Reedy Consulting later that year. In 2001, they joined IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant, a role they held until 2006 when they switched to Fujitsu in the same position. From 2007 to 2013, Mike worked at SAP as the Global Director of Program Management, overseeing the implementation of SuccessFactors Learning applications worldwide. In 2013, they became a Principal at hyperCision Inc., where they served as the Project Manager for various client projects and contributed to the development of a new project delivery model and PMO methodology. Since 2014, Mike has been a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of OutCons, where they manage ERP programs, implements standardized global business processes, and identifies opportunities to benefit stakeholders.

Mike Reedy, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Boston University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017. Mike also holds certifications in Agile Project Management Principles from Lynda.com in 2018, Managing Learning Technologies Certificate from Training Industry, Inc. in 2020, Holding Yourself Accountable from LinkedIn in 2023, and Discover Organizational Change Management for SAP Cloud Projects - Record of Achievement from SAP in 2023. Earlier in their career, they also obtained a certification in Online Teaching and Learning from California State University, East Bay in 2006.
