Christiane A. Maertens

Christiane A. Maertens is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Chair of the Gente Buena Foundation since November 2023. As the CEO and Founder of Valor Bebidas and DoGoodery, roles have spanned these organizations since May 2022 and January 2019, respectively. Christiane A. Maertens also contributes as a Board Member for Outdoor Afro since August 2020. Previous positions include Corporate Partnerships Advisor and Deputy Director for the North American Association for Environmental Education from May 2012 to August 2019, and Executive Producer and Host of the Imagine If Podcast at National Geographic from August 2017 to January 2019.
