Paige Mallory

Paige Mallory, PharmD, BCPS, serves as a pharmacist at Outer Cape Health Services since May 2023 and previously held the position of clinical pharmacist at Mount Auburn Hospital from April 2018 to May 2023. With extensive experience in optimizing pharmacotherapy through drug information and consultation, Paige has demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and evaluating medication orders, dispensing medications safely, and supervising medication orders. Prior roles include clinical pharmacist positions at Emerson Hospital, where responsibilities included reviewing parenteral nutrition orders and managing anticoagulation care, along with medication reconciliation in patient transitions. Paige's earlier experience as a pharmacy intern and APPE rotation student provided a solid foundation in various pharmacy practices, complemented by a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
